Annette Livingston, Licensed
Massage Therapist and Registered Certified Reflexologist

Walking with the
thumbs and fingers on the Reflex points on the hands, feet, ears.
Plus, in the one hour session some cranial unwinding work:
head - neck - shoulders - face, if desired.
Aromatherapy Included

Treatments are to make balance and move energy in the body.
Ideally, Reflexology would be done twice a week for six weeks and
then once a week.
One treatment is good... continuing to "work the body", moving and
balancing, is even better.

Daddy and I at his home in one of our special "feet" moments
Reflexology is a wonderful relaxation therapy plus it has
many health benefits. People tell me, "Oh, I don't have anything wrong
with my feet." But, working on feet, works the whole body.
A few years ago we could buy "Jogging in a Jug", a drink. Reflexology is "jogging in a chair". The whole body is
worked on when the feet are worked on. On the bottom of the feet are
reflex points that go to the whole body.
As these points are "worked", circulation is
stimulated. After a treatment the whole body will feel more relaxed and more
alive. If you stand and try to touch your toes with your legs straight
before your treatment and then again after, you will notice a big
difference. Sick people, well people, old people, young people... all
are helped with this therapy.

Daddy and
Annette,
Time moves
very quickly. It seems like not so long ago... I was twelve and Daddy and I
were going to his Reflexology sessions together. I would closely watch, and
try to learn "what to do". Thru the later years, I took classes and began
working on others... Daddy and I always had time for "feet".
He died in March 2002. This is the picture I have always had in my office.
Interesting how my profession came into being. Who would have ever thought I
would have ended up making a business out of what I learned ...loving and
taking care of Daddy. (Happy Birthday Daddy. He would have been
91 - October 11, 2002) ...yes time does move very quickly...October 11, 2011
Daddy would have been 100...I shall throw a party on that day! ,
